The NJMEBF is pleased to provide Teladoc or Telemedicine Services for all Aetna members.

Teladoc will provide our members with access to doctors and pediatricians anytime – and from anywhere.

The program provides our Aetna members with access to doctors and pediatricians 24 / 7 with a convenient and affordable option to speak with a physician who can diagnose, recommend treatment and prescribe certain medications to treat conditions such as:

• Allergies
• Cold and Flu
• Sinus Infection
• Bronchitis
• Ear Infections
• Respiratory Infections

For most of our Aetna members, these services are offered at a $0 co-pay. For members enrolled in a HDHP, a $40 co-pay will be applied.
